Gass fee shown to user at transaction request doesn't match real transaction fee cost.
Sign in: Shows 0 and should be 0.00004 NEAR
Sign out: Doesn't show and should show 0.00004 NEAR
Transfer: Doesn't show and should show 0.00004 NEAR
Function Call: Shows < 0.00001 and should show 0.00049 NEAR
Multiple action: Shows {Function Call fee} & {Transfer fee} should display just one fee for both, 0.0005 NEAR
Multiple transaction: Shows {Function Call fee} & {Transfer fee} should display just one fee for both, 0.0005 NEAR
