Header & footer are not displayed correctly

The header and footer are not displayed correctly. For example, in the header the alignments and the font size and color are completely wrong. In the footer, the font color is set to white, although it is not in the CSS. I have uploaded an example image of the header. The blurred areas are just an image and a product name.
What do I have to do so that the header and footer are displayed correctly?

The solution was to place the #header and #footer styling into the -Section and not in external css file
