Need to perform MBL-CLI select after MBL image (rootfs) update

Description

After performing a MBL image (rootfs) update the MBL-CLI tool will lose visibility of the development board as the MAC address is not saved for the USB gadget ethernet (gether).

This affects all boards with USB gadget connections.

The work-around is to perform an mbl-cli select command to re-select the board.

It is planned that we perform a minor update as soon as possible to address this.
