[BUG] Remove the wheel chocks

Describe the bug
When I now issue the request to remove the wheel chocks, I receive the response, "unable to comply, air source isn't connected"

To Reproduce
Any instant mission sitting on the carrier deck with wheel chocks placed.

Expected behavior
Wheel chocks should be removed.

Additional context
This looks to me to be a new bug introduced by ED, rather than a VAICOM issue, but of course, I'm not sure. It's definitiely a new behaviour since the latest DCS update.

Misunderastanding on my part. New salute command now manages the wheel chocks.
