Adding price limit for paper magic too

I think making it a budget format for paper magic too would be great. With a limit of $1 the legal cards would be 10002 instead of 10371 according to scryfall. And the deck price would be below $50.

I sent the pull request. The red cross is because of things there were already in the code.
