Latest version of mysql_prm produces this error.

$ pcs resource describe ocf:percona:mysql
Resource options for: ocf:percona:mysql
Error: Unable to parse xml for: mysql

This bug was introduced in commit 13d5326. Parent commit works fine.

btw I'm on centos 6.5

I found the issue, it was the which prm_binlog_parser, when it errors out, meta fails. I'll remove the default.
