[Feature request] Version tags

Could you please make some tags so we can pin the version? I typically don't like to use :latest.

I agree with @MarcelRobitaille - versioning is super important.
Also a changelog would be nice.
Just start with your v1 and then take it from there 😉

Below are some versioning possibilities for your inspiration.
In the end you are the one who decides how it is numbered.

• Date-of-release – The software version number is the date of the release. For example, 20.06 (June 2020)
• Semantic numbering – Three-digit numbering technique based on Major.Minor.Patch
• Unary numbering
• Alphanumeric codes
• Sequential numbering
