Letterbox glitches

I'm using scaling from 3840x1024 to 6045x1080 to get 16:9 surround resolution, but after that I'm receiving very strange steam overlay (or dxtory FPS overlay render) glitches outside game window (inside letterbox).

Are you also experiencing mouse offset issues?

This isn't a scaling issue, but a location issue, x,y screen is x,y in game, instead of x,y in game being x,y-

In game mouse is OK, but not in steam's overlay. Can i do something to remove glitches? After ALT+Tab glitches gone, but its not right solution.
