FFXIII randomly crashing...

Greetings,
I downloaded this tool for making FFXIII run on 1080p, and it works almost perfectly… However the game randomly crashes pretty often, when i use the tool which, makes the gameplay pretty unsatisfactory… Is there any way to fix that random crashing?
Edit: I have noticed it is not quite random in timing, as it happens always after 14 mins and 54 seconds from the game launch... Need some help, its impossible to play this in 15 minute sessions...
