Having trouble making this work with Red Alert 3

First of all, i'm relatively new to GeDoSato although I do have experience with custom dll's for creating overlays and enhancing graphics/colours etc. and it occured to me since the UI is onscreen some fancy downsampling using this nifty tool could be a valid option yet I have tried to get this working to no avail.
I have tried switching forceAlwaysDownsamplingRes, emulateFlipBehaviour, loadD3DEarly and overrideWidth 800 overrideHeight 600, all individually. I did not change the other settings since I'm unsure how to use them properly. Oh yes, I have had GeDoSato working in FFVIII so I know for sure GeDoSato works 100% so it must be an issue with this particular game.
I've supplied my log and config files for the game and i'll keep my fingers crossed this is fixable.
