Current version prevents Steam release of Dishonored from launching successfully

Currently, when launching Dishonored's Steam release with GeDoSaTo activated, Dishonored.exe runs but halts with around 6-10mb of memory usage (so, before it's started loading in any game files) and sits resident in memory without doing anything. Deactivating GeDoSaTo allows it to run properly.

Nothing I've tried fixes this, including changes to GeDoSaTo's configuration, disabling the Steam overlay, disabling custom Steam skins, and disabling antivirus software.

I've seen some anecdotal comments online that suggest it's a problem unique to the current version. Is there any way to get hold of the previous version of GeDoSaTo so I can test if that'll work?

I'm encountering a similiar issue with Mass Effect 2. I Played through the entirety of Mass Effect 1 just fine. After installing Mass Effect 2 however, i can start the game with GeDoSaTo active fine ONCE. After Closing the game and attempting to start it again, i also have this kind of "Ghost process" that takes minimal resources and doesn't actually start the Game. If i reinstall the game, i can again start the game ONCE. Note however, that if i disable GeDoSaTo it works just fine.

Any update on this? The problem is still occurring.
