Prepare tablex to be released through Typst's initial package manager implementation.
- Add
typst.toml - Release v0.0.4
- Make pull request to https://github.com/typst/packages (typst/packages#3)
- Done!

Tablex is now available through Typst v0.6.0's package manager! To use it, all you have to do is write #import "@preview/tablex:0.0.4" (replace 0.0.4 with the version you wish to use, starting with 0.0.4) in your Typst files to begin using tablex (no more file copying needed!).
