Movement Not Disabled for Hanging Signs

When focused on a hanging sign, movement is enabled. For hanging signs, when text is put on the board, you also move. Normal signs still work as expected.

I'm guessing that a list somewhere wasn't updated to included hanging signs when they were introduced.
