BUG with admin rights

I found a bug:
when you start the server, the plugin recognizes the admin and you have admin rights
If you change the map with voting or !map, you have no rights on the new loaded map, it doesn't know you as admin
If you change the map again, it recognizes you and you have rights again and it seems to work no matter how often you change the map.
It's just about the first map change after the server starts.
