Describe the Bug

Cellular connection is randomly dropped slow and at some instances can't make or recieve calls.
Changing preferred network type solves the calls issue but mobile data is still inconsistent.

Steps to Reproduce

Try different preferred network types.

Expected Behavior

Unable to make phone calls

Possible Solution

Different network type, but mobile data connection is still slower that supposed values and inconsistent.
