Describe the Bug

Inserting a SIM card doesn't work, the phone realizes that there is one but attempting to add it via the button does nothing and SIM functionality remains not present.

Steps to Reproduce

Install Pixel Experience, Insert SIM card, click on "Tap to activate CARD 1"

Expected Behavior

CARD 1 should be activated, I should be prompted for the SIM PIN followed by functional mobile data and calling
