Describe the Bug

Hotspot option "Allow clients to use VPNs" does not work (again?). When connected to mobile data and vpn, on the phone, the connection works fine and i can access vpn's network, but when connected to the hotspot on notebook, it does not work and i cant access the vpn network.

Steps to Reproduce

enable "Allow clients to use VPNs", connect to vpn, enable hotspot

Expected Behavior

For this to work as intended
