Hi maintainers~

Thank you very much for bring us new version of PE, it make my outdated device back to life again: )

However, there still some bugs in this BETA version, the most serious problem is the Package installer keeps stopping when I tried to install a .apk file on my phone. Meanwhile I can download apps from Play Store without problems. That's quite strange.

Another bug is my mi 8 can only pull down the status bar from the desktop, and cannot swipe up to return to the desktop. I can only jump to the settings interface by clicking the settings button, and then swipe up from the bottom of the screen to return to the desktop.

I hope you can fix these bugs in the next version, again thanks for your efforts on this project.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download an .apk file and install it.
2. Pull down the status bar from the desktop, and cannot swipe up to return to the desktop.

Expected Behavior

1. Install .apk files without problems.
2. Pull down the status bar at any situations, and swipe up to return to the desktop.
