placeos/meet logic: Camera selector shows all room's cameras even when not joined to those rooms
The camera selector dropdown (at both top right and on vc controls page) should only show the cameras that are in the rooms relevant for the current join_mode. e.g. only this room's cameras when not joined, and only room b's cameras when joined to b and not joined to c.
