Refresh token does not work

I've noticed that refreshing the token now results in an error similar to before when the Azure application broke. I am not yet certain if this is because it is now no longer possible to refresh tokens or if something has changed. Will keep y'all updated on the status in this issue.

Fixed in latest version. Was caused by a slight change in the API where using an expired token did not provide an error, but didn't provide profile details either.
