PlayFabAuthenticationAPI.GetEntityToken failures not handled well.

If login succeeds but PlayFabAuthenticationAPI.GetEntityToken fails while trying to process a _queuedStartCreateAndJoinNetworkCreateLocalUserOp or _queuedJoinNetworkCreateLocalUserOp the result is just a debug print of the error every update call.

Second issue: Why is this using PlayFabAuthenticationAPI.GetEntityToken which appears to be no longer supported instead of PlayFabAuthenticationAPI.GetEntityTokenAsync?

Third issue: This code doesn't seem to protect itself from calling GetEntityToken if a token request is already in progress. I noticed several logins in my telemetry for each login attempt because of this.
