Text overlapping in .xlsx files

In .xlsx files, text overlaps in some columns. This behaviour can be seen on the following systems and browsers:
- iPhone SE version 15.8.1/15.8.2: Safari version 15.8.1/15.8.2, Firefox version 122.0 (37686)
- iPadOS version 17.3: Safari version 17.3, Firefox version 122.0 (37686)
This is only the case when the file is opened via "View" on an Apple device. In the app "Numbers", the text doesn't overlap.
