Create a build bot to regularly release a post-transform archive like this one: https://github.com/PokeAPI/api-data/releases/tag/2018-09-22

Perhaps it's a good idea to roll that into the updater bot?

The bot is present at pokeapi and uses both ditto and the cmd.bash
