[Feature] A way to make the Night Beacon slightly less problematic - beam visible from any distance

So, the Night Beacon.
It’s a really cool feature. It allows locking the world into eternal night, which is very useful for Liches. It doesn’t use soul energy or anything to work, presumably so it continues to function when the player is offline (same reason it chunk loads)? But obviously, it can also be a little bit of an issue. It’s very hard to obtain, so this isn’t easy, but in theory someone could make one, go really far away and set one up where no one knows, leave, and keep a server in eternal night forever and there’s nothing anyone else can do about it.
Naturally, this is a little bit of an issue. Thankfully, you had the foresight to add a config to disable the Night Beacon in case people don’t want to have this feature. Smart. But I want to add a suggestion that may help with the issue without completing disabling the feature. (I just don’t like disabling mod features if the intent / default is to have them enabled)
Still keep the config for people who want it, of course. This is just on top of that (and could have its own config).
So, you know how Minimap mods like Journeymap and Xaeros have waypoints you can set. Usually they are dots that can be seen anywhere, even through blocks. But they also have a feature that if you are on the surface (aka have no blocks in the way), there’s a vertical colored beacon beam in the distance showing where the waypoint is? And usually the beacon mean is always on the horizon in the direction of the waypoint, no matter the distance?
What if you could do a similar thing with the Night Beacon beam?
Make it so the purple beacon beam can always be seen in the sky (or maybe have that “shockwave” from when it first turns on constantly emanating from the sky in that direction) when the Night Beacon is active.
That way, if people don’t have it disabled in the config, people who want the Night Beacon can still use it, but it’s impossible to permanently grief a server with it because no matter how far away someone puts it, the beam effect always visible on the horizon, allowing other survival players to locate it and break if if they wish. (And the person with the Night Beacon wants to prevent that, there’s always traps and minions and summons and golems and whatnot to defend your base with, but server owners / operators / people in creative still won’t be effected).
