Established a $3,000 unborn child dependent exemption for unborn children with a detectable heartbeat after July 19, 2022.
Dependent exemption is raised from $3,000 to $4,000 for 2024.

Dependent exemption in 2024 which will also include the adjustments that the personal exemption amount was repealed in Georgia starting in 2024
