User's profile basic and additional information handling.

The following functionalities must be implemented:
- administrator can create/edit/delete types of additional information,
- logged user can fill/edit basic information - age, localization, sex, short bio,
- logged user can fill/edit additional information
- logged user can add/delete tags to profile
