Why ? We shut down in winter?
What about US/UK/Asia?

Our App will be deployed at least in France (CEST = UTC+2 or CET = UTC+1 depending on the period of the year), UK (GMT = UTC or BST = UTC+1) and USA (UTC-4 or UTC-5 for Indianapolis).
UTC is, IMHO, the better choice for the container. The log retriever applications will be in charge of translate the timestamp into user timezone.
