"Encapsulated Routing with Elements" demos

While reading this great documentation, I noticed that all the demos inside app/blog/routing are not available. I hope this is the right spot to report the problem.

This is failing because http://polygit.org/ is deprecated & its security cert expired. not sure what's happening with it. Anyway for loading Bower deps we now recommend using Glitch instead of polygit so I did my best to recreate the samples in Glitch
