Implement provider hook completely

• Creating hookobject has to create workflow entry 👍
• Form has to give selected items back 👍
• No selected items we have to delete the hookobject entry included related entries 👍
• Have to check if entries for provider areas get deleted if we delete MUFiles. 👍
• Have to check if entries for other modules get deleted if we delete them. 👎
