Bug report: Dashboard date range not persisting after saved

Bug Description

Please describe.

On dashboards, the date range is not persisting after being saved:

After saving:

After refreshing the page:

How to reproduce

(Example dashboard where this error can be reproduced.)

1. Set the date range on a dashboard
2. Click Apply filters and preview
3. Click the Save button
4. Refresh the page
5. Notice that the date range setting is gone, replaced by No date range override
