Feature Request: Improve caching for site apps to reduce the delay in updating

Is your feature request related to a problem?

The site apps architecture is designed for performance with heavy caching, which explains the delay between configuration changes and client updates. The delay typically ranges from minutes to hours depending on cache TTLs and CDN propagation.

Describe the solution you'd like

While it may be tricky to reduce the delay without increasing costs for PostHog and hence users, we're tracking reports here and hoping to start a discussion about the options.

Describe alternatives you've considered

You can edit site app source code to include some heuristics on when to show and hide them. For example, for the notification bar, you could play around with localStorage like the code already does, so that you fine tune when to show and hide it.
