CA_RemoveBuilding & RemoveBuilding difference

There is a feature in RemoveBuilding which allows you to remove all objects in the specified radius if you use -1 as modelid. Which really useful in some cases, like ingame-dynamic objects. But CA_RemoveBuilding doesn't work like that. So using same to-remove-data we gets different results, thats annoying. Please add this feature.
