Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The webhook feature uses libcurl, and support HTTPS, however it does not offer configurability regarding authentication of the HTTPS connection.
Describe the solution you'd like
Configuration options for TLS client authentication for webhooks, as well as the syncDB command.
Describe alternatives you've considered
