Outline, symbol search and go to definition should jump to symbol name

Prerequisites

  • Write a descriptive title.
  • Make sure you are able to repro it on the latest version
  • Search the existing issues.

Steps to reproduce

function
MyFunc123 {
    'some code'
}

MyFunc123
  • Select the last line and press F12
  • Find MyFunc123 in symbol search
  • Click in outline

Expected behavior

Jumps to line 2 `MyFun123` like other languages like C# and TypeScript

Actual behavior

Jumps to `function`
