Prerequisites
- Write a descriptive title.
- Make sure you are able to repro it on the latest version
- Search the existing issues.
Steps to reproduce
Logging into PowerShellGallery produces a 500 error.
If trying to upload a module it fails when running test manifest and testing required modules.
