I'm trying to use Pyinstaller exe file and I'm getting an error:
[10044] Cannot open self C:\Windows\system32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\PowerShell.exe or archive C:\Windows\system32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\PowerShell.pkg
