Redirects created using URL redirect (`/create/<url>`) do not appear properly in Discord.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create/Use a presence that uses URL redirects.
- Visit the website for that presence
- Notice activity appears in Discord
- View the activity details
- Notice that the image does not load properly
Environment
- Discord version:
- Host: 1.0.9013 (32266)
- Stable 199933 (db1e138)
- Tested on DALL-E and Discogs
