Answer box grows in Chrome and Safari

When answering a reading question in Chrome or Safari, every character
causes the answer box to get a little longer. Does not happen in Firefox.

Fixed in CSS.
The problem was that by default Chrome and Safari set a nonzero padding on textbox.
