Description
Add notifications icon to home screen
As a user I want to
see an icon with badges telling me I've got news
so that I
know what updates have occurred.
Acceptance Criteria
- I can see bell with badge number in top right of home screen.
- Clicking/Pressing on it navigates to the notifications screen.
- Unread notifications are marked by a different color indicating to me which ones I need to read/focus on.
