PLD: `Confiteor` -> `Blade of ###` chain

update 143: Requiescat Confiteor and 145: Confiteor Feature to follow up with the Blade of ### chain. normally the game turns Confiteor into it's chain by default, but since these features only temporarily place Confiteor on top of other skills (Requiescat and Royal Authority in this case) that unfortunately doesn't apply here
