docs/VC.tex needs maintenance, at least in the for of bumping up the version info on page 1. Also the early paragraphs of Chapter 4 could mention limitations wrt bitfields, varargs, ..Maybe one could also indicate which of these limitations are expected to be addressed soon, or to what extent.
