Move PI back in the electronics mounting so the hinge can work in both ways

It is possible to make it so we can hinge the electronics with the deck panel (like a car trunk), and not just hinge down/out as it does now.
Making this a possibility requires moving the Pi's mounting so that there is sufficient clearance.

Wouldn't be a terribly useful thing, so not worth fixing.
