Limitations: re-add missing headers once supported by unit

As outlined in the README.md, currently nginx unit doesn't support configuration of custom headers. We had added these in the nginx webserver configuration to mitigate problems when used with cloudflare and improve security.
When/if this feature becomes available in unit, remember to re-add these.
