Improve non-lethal approach to Cracked Tusk Keep

During Pieces of the Past you have to retrieve the shards of Mehrunes' Razor from Cracked Tusk Keep. It appears to be a minor Orc stronghold rather than a bandit camp. The location is set up for a non-lethal stealth approach. However, the player isn't informed that retrieving the shards without killing might be the better approach.

Another issue is that the player can enter the stronghold through the broken tower to the right, enter the courtyard and then enter the vault via the backdoor. Because you are still far enough away the Orcs don't attack even though you are trespassing.
