Initialize the contracts with alerts by default

It's probably more often that we need alerts on contracts that the opposite. Default alerts could be:

• 80% of consumed hours
• 80% of the total number of days (e.g. if the contract is 365 days, the alert would be set to 73 days before the end of the contract)
