HttpListener, WebListener - remove?

probably remove the HttpListener and WebListener samples, and just use a Kestrel sample. Add a note: use the WebListener for Windows requirements, e.g. for Windows authentication.
WebListener is based on http.sys, but the package hasn't been updated since 2017.
