Add Optional TerminalWidth property to Pretty Log

By default, each line in the Pretty Log wraps on it's own, looking like this

It'd be great if I could use a command like log plog --width 92 and get this output

The user might have to fiddle a bit to find the right width, but the resulting pretty log would be much more readable
