Move some scripts to pov-server-page

I've added copies of the following scripts to the pov-server-page package:
- du-diff
- machine-summary
- disk-inventory
I've also refactored them a bit to make them more useful for pov-server-page.
It will not be fun if I start changing them here and have to merge the changes later. So: remove them from pov-admin-tools?

NB: I haven't moved the man pages over, and I haven't created wrapper scripts in /usr/bin or /usr/sbin, so if I remove them from here, maybe I want to add them there?
