MONAI Stream apps being developed for Clara AGX ( as Clara AGX doesn't support PyTorch MONAI transforms not leveraged; cupy based transforms being done.

Two endoscopy based apps has been added for CAGX. One helps with CUPY post processing and the other helps with rdma capture via AJA capture card using hdmi input.
One app is remaining to add the US app as well.
