Responding to 911's/311's on the MDT no longer an option with dispatch 2.0

I feel I am very close with getting it to work, I see in the MDT in the app.js that it needs dispatchCode on a call to = 911 or 311? I tried added dispatchCode to the alert but it didnt work.
